MARIANO PASCUAL
Visual artist.

Mariano Pascual is an Argentinian-born artist based in Barcelona. With a background in illustration and visual communication, his work has expanded over the years into sculpture, objects, wall reliefs and installation.

His practice combines colour and playfulness with
a mix of geometric and organic forms. He has an ongoing interest in materials, texture and the physical presence of things, often playing with familiar shapes and objects in unexpected ways.

In his recent work, compositions are often made up of individual pieces, with a focus on surface, relief, materials and finishes.

His work has been exhibited internationally and ranges from individual pieces and wall reliefs to large-scale sculptures and installations.
